Canine-Orthopédique : A case of non-union of the anconeus process and fragmentation of the medial coronoid process in a dog

Belgian Sheperd of 8 months, male castrated
Intermittent lameness RF.
Clinical exam:
Pain on mobilisation of both elbows
Mild joint swelling both elbows
Radiography: RF, 3 views (ML extended, ML flexed, CrCd).

What is your diagnostic? Would you make further tests?
The anconeus process is separated from the olecranon and has irregular margins. It is strongly remodelled by new bone formation.
Sclerosis of the semilunar trochlear notch is also visible.
Mineral triangular opacity is visible medially to the medial coronoid process. It appears truncated.
